This event is for all levels of Secretaries and Administrative Professionals.


How often is it run?

PACSA takes place once a year.

How do I register?

You can register through this website or you can visit the CBM Training website. Alternatively you can contact one of our consultants on 011 454 5505 or


What is the conference fee and what does it include?

The conference fee is R13 650 Ex VAT per person for a sharing room (2 people stay in one room), and R 14 950 Ex VAT per person for a single room. The fee includes accommodation for the duration of the conference, meals for the duration of the conference, conference fees (including workbooks), travel from specified pick-up points (to and from the conference), and drinks vouchers (excluding alcohol).


When does payment need to be made?

Payment is required in full, no later than 5 working days before the start of the conference.


Can I qualify for a discount?

We only offer group discounts of 5% for 5 or more people attending from 1 company.


Is there extra for dietary requirements?

Extra R500 per day for Halaal, Vegan and Kosher. No extra charges for vegetarian or allergy issues.


Where are the pick-up points:

This year’s pick-up points are at one of the following places:

-     Lynnwood Conference Centre (Lynnwood, Pretoria)

-     Corporate Conference Centre (Edenvale, Johannesburg)

-     OR Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg)

Please note that any additional transport, to or from these pick-up points is for your own account.


Can I take my own transport

If you would prefer to take your own transport, then you are welcome to. Please note that these travel fees will be for your own account. Check-in for self-drive delegates will be from 2pm on Wednesday 31 July 2019.


What do I do with my bags if I arrive early?

If you arrive before check-in you can speak to the reception and ask if they can store your bags in one of the luggage rooms until check-in.


Can we bring our partners?

No, unfortunately no partners will be allowed to accompany delegates to the conference, unless said partners have registered and paid to attend the conference as well.


Can we order additional extras to our room?

If you would like to order any extras for the duration of your stay, this will be for your own account. Please note that any additional ordering of food, drinks and all alcohol for the duration of the conference will be for your own account.


What if I cannot attend the conference once I have registered, how do I cancel a booking?

If you can’t make the conference, you need to notify CBM Training immediately. A substitute delegate can be sent in your place, but must be confirmed 2 days before the conference. If you wish to cancel your registration, you may do so in writing up to 14 days before the conference takes place. However, a 50% cancellation fee will be levied at this point. Cancellations inside of 14 days will be liable for the full conference fee.


When do we need to checkout?

All delegates will need to check-out before the start of the conference on the last day (2 August 2019). CBM Training has arranged that all delegates luggage will be stored at the hotel and can be collected before after the conference.


What time is dinner on the first night?

Dinner on the first night is not a formal function and therefore delegates can eat at their leisure and enjoy a free evening. Dinner will be served at Bocado restaurant between 18:30 and 22:00.


How will we get to and from the conference once we are at Sun City?

Travel to and from the conference centre is done via Sun City’s buses / shuttles and takes about 10mins for the trip. Please note, the last shuttle / bus will depart 20mins before the conference begins each morning.


Are there set starting times for the conference?

All sessions will kick off as per the schedule – it is each delegates responsibility to ensure that they have eaten breakfast and are at the conference venue on time. Delegates will have to ensure they leave enough time to sign in before the start of the conference each day. It takes about 10mins by bus so please factor this in. Delegates can also walk from SOHO, which should take about 15mins.
